Key responsibilities:


Recruitment

1. Get manpower requisition form the concerned department.
2. Get Job description, Understand specific requirement.
3. Search of suitable job profiles through Placement services, Portals and other     referrals.
4. Communication of CV selection to the candidate directly or through placement     services accordingly.
5. Arranging the timelines of Interview through co-ordination in between management     and candidates.
6. Co-coordinating for general interview, technical interview and final interview.
7. If selected giving offer letter to the candidates.
8. Getting resignation letter of the candidate from earlier company which is duly     approved by candidates senior authority.


Induction

1. Getting all documents from candidate (education proof,identity proof, residential     proof).
2. Properly feeling the new joinee form as required.
3. Giving Appointment letter after 15 days of joining.
4. Giving a short introduction about company.
5. Introduction to all departments and people from all departments.
6. Introduction to the policies and procedures of company.
7. Handover candidate to his HOD.


Attendance And Leave Records

1. Keeping a track of the Attendance of the Employee.
2. Feeling the leave card and keeping a track of the Leaves taken.
3. Checking for missed punches and getting missed punch document filled from     relevant employee which is duly approved by his senior.
4. Tracking the Absenteeism.
5. Grievances handling.


Employee Engagement and knowledge upgration program

1. Conducting Employee Engagement activity for employees and workers like –
2. Employee Birthday Celebration.
3. Cultural activities.
4. Employee of the month.
5. Running Incentive scheme.

Salary and wages calculation

1. Salary and wages calculation.

HR Admin

1. Keeping factory cleanliness up to date.
2. Arrange courier and Maintain courier records .
3. Handling guests / visitors.
4. Vendor management related to admin activity.
5. Factory Security management.
6. Looking at factory maintenance wherever required.


Record Management

1. Keeping individual employee record up to date.
2. Keeping all system database of HR upto date and systematic.


Exist Formalities

1. Conducting exist interview of candidate who are resigning.
2. Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience.
3. Doing full and final settlement.


Ethics Management

1. Creating company’s code of conduct.
2. Information to all employees regarding code of conduct.
3. In case of violation of code of conduct initiation of appropriate action.

Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator

Candidate Requirement

We are looking for candidate with following skills and abilities:
Education – Graduate/MBA in marketing.
Experience – 1-2 years’ experience in any Manufacturing unit on similar position.


Key responsibilities

1. Generate special documents, catalogues, follow up and general business letters.
2. Confirm and input orders.
3. Interact with vendors to discuss production, sample requests, shipping, vendor     errors and other pertinent issues.
4. Investigate order discrepancies with vendors and other customer satisfaction issues     to assist Sales team employees in resolution.
5. Provide sales and product expertise for overflow and bounced calls from Sales   Team where immediate assistance is required and the Sales Team is not     immediately available, offering a seamless transition to the sales process whenever     required.
6. Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed,    in order to meet company/team goals including but not limited to assisting with     incoming queue calls.
7. Complete any projects assigned by the Sales Manager including but not limited to    weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales    support functions that may arise, as staffing requirements and business evolution     dictate.
8. Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a Sales     Team member is out of the office.
9. Prepare report of orders in hand. Communicate all concerned regarding new orders     and follow up on production progress as well as shipping dates.
10. Mailing promotional information to the customers on regular basis.
11. Daily workout on inquiries received through digital marketing.
12. Sending quote to all customers.
13. Taking follow up of quotes to the customers till PO release.

1. Generate the enquiry for new business by looking for new customers / new     applications.
2. Prepare the commercial offer, follow-up of development of the samples for testing &     approval.
3. To carry out contract review for new / repeat orders and finalize the cost estimation     of new products.
4. Delivery performance monitoring.
5. Conduct analysis of lost orders.
6. To note in inward all inquiries from customers.
7. To make prompt & fruitful communication with customers.
8. Costing review & Communication with customer whenever any changes in process     or raw material or additional operation done etc.
9. Once the Purchase Order is received get customer Specification requirement form     fill up from Customer.
10. Monthly analysis of Total enquiries handed over for development.
11. To make the Entry of purchase Order Amendment as soon as it received from the       customer.
12. To organize CFT meeting for its mentioned responsibilities.
13. To carry out feasibility review for new enquiries in CFT/MRM.

Engineer – Design and Development

Candidate Requirement

We are looking for candidate with following skills and abilities:
Education – Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience – 5-6 years in designing mechanical engineering products.
Should be having professional course done in Pro-E, Cre-2 or Creo3.


Key responsibilities

1. Attending Daily Meeting (Inter Department).
2. Making daily, weekly, Monthly and Yearly Plans.
3. Making Budgets for new developments and getting sanction on it.
4. Collection of all data relevant for design and development.
5. Designing and drafting of concept and detailed drawings of the products and getting     approval of the same.
6. Designing and drafting tooling for all required product if required like Drilling jigs,     checking fixtures, Machining fixtures, and gauges.
7. Taking CFT meetings for the design concept finalization.
8. Working with Purchase department for new supplier and Product Development from     them.
9. Preparing process sheets of newly developed components.
10. Maintaining all design Records (Fixture Drawing, Process sheets, customer       drawing, Change Notes etc.).
11. Issuing Fixture Drawing, Process sheets, detailed drawing to production, quality       departments and vendors whenever required.

Purchase Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive monthly requirements from all departments and stores for boughtout,    packaging material, lubrication, tooling and other regular purchase material and      prepare monthly schedule and monitor daily the material received.
2. Co-ordinate with all departments to understand exact requirement of standard and      non-standard material.
3. Send cutters, tools and brooches for re sharpening on decided frequency and      collect the same on time.
4. Procuring material for breakdown machines as per maintenance department      requirement on top priority.
5. Check tool and consumable stock and procure new tools for production department      to avoid delay in production.
6. Maintaining minimum stock of assembly parts by ordering it as per the monthly      despatch plan
7. Compare minimum three suppliers for the items amounting above Rs      2000,Negotiate with them including terms and conditions.
8. Taking approvals of higher authority for purchases.
9. Dispatching the purchase order to supplier and follow up for material accordingly.
10. Follow all the process at the time of receiving the material like gate entry,quality       check, check for GRN placed or not and submit report to the accounts department.
11. Resolving all the issues related to supplier quality, quantity by discussing with       department heads.
12. Sending regularly material enquiries to other suppliers for cost reduction and       improving quality.
13. Preparing all the related documents for accounting and auditing purpose regularly      (like entering purchase order in ERP system, take sanction, send purchase order       to the supplier and proper filing of Purchase orders).
14. Prepare monthly and weekly purchase plans.
15. Maintain daily to do list and compare the actual work done against plan.
16. Complete all related tasks given by HOD within time.
17. All records and documents to be maintained as per ISO9001:2008.


Job requirements
